Vyhledávat v databázi titulů je možné dle ISBN, ISSN, EAN, č. ČNB, OCLC či vlastního identifikátoru. Vyhledávat lze i v databázi autorů dle id autority či jména.

Anotace
Recent exciting developments of the Internet, portals, WWW, and e-commerce have prompted an upsurge of interest in digital libraries. Unlike ordinary portals, digital libraries must be well organized and indexed so that users can effectively search information on the Internet. In fact digital libraries may be considered as the next-generation portals. While many articles and books discuss the WWW and portals, only a few conferences and journals address fundamental issues of digital libraries. The author gives an in-depth account of digital libraries in this book. He provides a unified long-term vision of digital libraries as the life cycle of information. This object-oriented framework may be exactly what we need for future developments of the WWW and portals, as E. F. Codd's relational model for commercial database management systems.
