Anotace
This textbook and atlas provides an excellent survey of this now very wide field: Detailed sonographic presentations of normal findings are followed in each case by the corresponding pathological findings, using the most recent images available. To make learning easier, most of the ultrasound images are compared with intraoperative, postoperative, or postpartum photographs of clinical and pathological conditions. Transvaginal sonography which is growing in importance alongside abdominal photography, is also given broad consideration.
