Guy of Warwick was published in 1661 and attributed on the title page to "B.J." The play is of particular interest for its long-debated possible connections to Jonson, Shakespeare and Dekker, and for its controversial date of composition. This edition reproduces the copy of the play held at Worcester College, Oxford. The introduction includes discussions of the play’s attribution and authorship, dating, and performance, and an account of the text.
