Anotace

Today, the effective operation of companies around the world is increasingly dependent on the quality of the activities of their human resources departments and human resources managers. The importance of their activities grows in proportion to changes in the labor market, which are caused mainly by increasing labor mobility, its globalization and internationalization. Their basic task - to look for quality employees, to further train and educate them in the intentions of the company's needs and the ability to keep these employees in the required quality of the company's intellectual capital is a prerequisite for the success of any company. Without the thoughtful and timely work of personnel departments and personnel managers, it is difficult to imagine the progress and increase of the company's performance. However, their tasks and goals are not static. They are changing dynamically under the influence of the advancement of digitization and globalization processes, which determine the nature of the upcoming stage of development Industry 4.0 and indicate the direction of labor market development, business practice, including tasks in personnel management and human resources management in the next stage, in the stage Industry 5.0.
