Anotace
This manual - the first book devoted solely to the technique of microcolposcopy - is intended to help the physician who wants to become acquainted with microcolposcopy, and as a result of this, emphasis has been placed on technique and basic diagnosis. The Manual of Microcolposcopy provides the reader with an extensive description of the technique involved. The technique is described in great detail, together with inherent limitations, common difficulties and the best way to deal with them. A new nomenclature is proposed allowing standardization of this method of early detection of cervical neoplasia. This book provides a nomenclature that is acceptable to cytologists as well as to clinicians.
