Anotace
In the early 1990s, a group of researchers from the New Brunswick Museum, the Université de Moncton and the Village historique acadien got together to plan an exhibit on Acadia. Their goal was to allow museum visitors to explore Acadian history, society and culture through the exhibit. They also saw the need for a publication that would reach a larger public, and they obtained the services of historian Régis Brun to prepare its content. This publication entitled Acadia - Past and Present is a good starting point for readers who wish to discover the reality of Acadian life in the Maritimes.
