He focuses on both technical and tactical work including warm ups/downs, support play, possession and decision making. Santiago Esposito (Atletico Madrid U11's) focuses on technical training for 8-12 year olds which includes ball control/dribbling, moves to beat, 1 v 1 duels, passing, crossing and shooting. Jose A. Fernando Lopez (Real Madrid U15's) shows coaches how to set out dynamic and structured drills, as well as advice on how to run a successful football team.
