Anotace
This book presents an overview of the author's research on anaphor interpretation set within the context of the general literature on anaphora from the disciplines of psycholinguistics, philosophy, linguistics, and computational linguistics. The work is presented in the framework of the mental models theory of comprehension, and it is argued that the notion of a mental model is essential to the detailed description of the processes of anaphor resolution.
