Vyhledávat v databázi titulů je možné dle ISBN, ISSN, EAN, č. ČNB, OCLC či vlastního identifikátoru. Vyhledávat lze i v databázi autorů dle id autority či jména.
Projekt ObalkyKnih.cz sdružuje různé zdroje informací o knížkách do jedné, snadno použitelné webové služby. Naše databáze v tuto chvíli obsahuje 3159878 obálek a 951699 obsahů českých a zahraničních publikací. Naše API využívá většina knihoven v ČR.

Anotace
This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-proceedings of the 8th International Conference on Visual Information Systems, VISUAL 2005, held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in July 2005. The 25 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in the book. They represent the current state of the art of visual information processing, feature extraction and aggregation at semantic level and content-based retrieval, as well as the study of user intention in query processing. As digital content becomes widespread, issues of delivery and consumption of multimedia content were also topics of this workshop.
