This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Tools and Algorithms for the Construction and Analysis of Systems, TACAS 2007, held in Braga, Portugal in March/April 2007 as part of ETAPS 2007, the European Joint Conferences on Theory and Practice of Software. The 45 revised full research papers and 9 revised tool demonstration papers presented together with 1 invited paper were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 204 submissions.
