Anotace
This publication is an outcome of the project Training legal languages for effective functioning of judicial cooperation in EU (JUST/2014/JTRA/AG/EJTR/6762) and results from contributions presented at the international conference for trainers of legal English and German at the Czech Judicial Academy in Prague on the 21st and 22nd of September 2017. Articles in this publication contribute to analysis of distinctive features of specialist languages, namely legal English or legal German. Improving the linguistic knowledge of members of the European judiciary is essential to promote the reinforcement of mutual confidence within European legal authorities and mutual recognition of court decisions.
