Anotace
This publication describes a collaborative effort of various US and Polish organizations including a private company Magnetic Development, Inc. of Madison, CT, departments of the United States Government: Department of Energy and National Science Foundation, and Polish academia, including the Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk and AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow to investigate the possibility of improving the efficiency of HVAC systems by use of one and two-phase ejectors. It is anticipated that this technology, when fully developed will result in attractive, energy saving products that significantly improve the performance of commercial and residential chiller/air-conditioning systems, refrigeration plants, and heat pumps (geothermal and air-source).
