Projekt ObalkyKnih.cz sdružuje různé zdroje informací o knížkách do jedné, snadno použitelné webové služby. Naše databáze v tuto chvíli obsahuje 2894746 obálek a 874844 obsahů českých a zahraničních publikací. Naše API využívá většina knihoven v ČR.

Rok: c1995 AnotacePressure for greater flexibility in industrial relations and labour utilisation is rising in all OECD countries. The current debate surrounds labour/management cooperation and negotiation concerning more flexible working-time arrangements and the role of government in this area. This report focuses mainly on three areas of economic activity: health care, retail trade, and the metal industry. It also discusses, inter alia, the conflicting and overlapping interests of trade unions and employers, the choices employers have between "flexible scheduling" and "flexible staffing," and the linkage between individual working-time arrangements and company operating hours.
