Vyhledávat v databázi titulů je možné dle ISBN, ISSN, EAN, č. ČNB, OCLC či vlastního identifikátoru. Vyhledávat lze i v databázi autorů dle id autority či jména.

Biogr./Hist. údaje: Italský mědirytec, kreslíř, profesor na drážďanské Akademii (od 1764), učitel kreslení a spisovatel. Narozen v Římě, zemřel v Drážďanech. Od roku 1751 působil v roli dvorního mědirytce. Od roku 1753 potom i jako učitel kreslení saských princů a princezen.

Giuseppe Canale

Giuseppe Canale (1725–1802) was an Italian painter and engraver. He was born in Rome, the son of Antonio Canale (Canaletto). He was instructed in engraving by Jacob Frey, and also frequented the school of the Cavalière Marco Benefial. In 1751 he was invited to Dresden to assist in engraving plates for the pictures in their Gallery, and was appointed engraver to the Court.
